Microsoft Query won't let me make mailing labels.

Query retrieves data for the labels   Microsoft Query is a tool that retrieves data from a data source. It cannot create mailing labels. However, you can use data retrieved by Query with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word to create mailing labels.

Create the labels in Word   First return the data to Microsoft Excel by clicking Return Data. Once you have the result set in Microsoft Excel, you can use the data as a mailing list in Word. For more information about mailing labels, see Excel Help or Word Help.
